and for the 50's Cinderella had guts too, she spoke her mind which was still "against the norm" so I'd have to say the only princess who is plastic is Aurora (even if she did get a run in Enchanted tales it's like she's still sleeping), like Philip is the plastic prince (knight in shining armor), they are the most plastic fairy tale characters as they are the stock Prince and Princess we read about.
