(July 23, 2011) Eatonville Food & Folklore features Room 11's Dan Searing and author of "The Punch Bowl: 75 Recipes Spanning Four Centures of Wanton Revelry. Five punches were featured at the Food & Folklore event including Tchoupitoulas a punch from the Bon Vivante cocktail consultants of San Francisco. Dan also gives background on the origins of punch. Food & Folklore is the monthly series at Eatonville Restaurant featuring guest foodlorist and a prix fixe menu.
