being a fan since forever..i agree with those who say this is SO skinny puppy- all of it. its an interesting (natural) progression. its got it all, bits of bites, plenty of too dark park and especially last rights..and an eye on the present (even a go at dnb). i play other sorts of dance music nowadays (25yrs post-industrial as we are) - but lets be clear, THIS IS THE BEST THING TO HAPPEN IN THIS GENRE IN A GOOD 15YRS. not dark- see if yr mum agrees!

@otterboi26 how so whats not so "SKinny Puppy" about it? because the music isnt dark and it doesnt sound like your getting ripped apart in hell? its just as complex as the older stuff, only difference is it sint being screamed or that it doesnt sound as morbid, im not seeing any other difference, and ive been a fan since 89-90 :/

i love how people like to compare Skinny Puppy to...Skinny Puppy, compare them to other music and who has ever really sounded like them.

@ig88sir SP has had some pop sounds in the past. "Far Too Frail" and "Dig It" come to mind immediately. However, nothing's ever so simple with Skinny Puppy--there's always more to the picture than your first impression.
