Didn't try this yet, but soon I will.
I have a HD screen for this PC, but my videocard sucks bad. It's a motherboard built-in videocard.
Editing in HD lags a lot, but watching videos in 1080p is perfectly smooth.

@IIDFAII your computer still has to process the high quality video when you change quality in vegas, this is for if you dont have enough / fast enough ram.

i get massve audio lagg when i use this, any way to fix this?

@happydays558 erm, if you mean audio lagg asin audio is behind the actions of the video it may be the encoder misunderstanding the codec, if you mean audio cutting off im not sure.
you could try reinstalling a codec pack or using a different encoder for the files :)
