Thanks Masood to reply me, i would really appreciated but we are looking only in 10 merla .

just one more thing advised me which thing goanna suit me more economically i mean buy the plot and the new house like that or get ready from any builder.

Also please tell me who was your builder.. is it your house in phase 1 or ?
