One of the best and cheapest equipment that you can buy to lose weight and build muscle are a pair of dumbbells.
Dumbbells are inexpensive and is the best and the fastest way for gaining muscle and losing body fat.
With dumbbells you can workout each and every body part and trust me the kind of well defined toned body you can achieve with free weights you cannot get that from any fancy machine or equipment in the world.
This workout comprises of few of the best dumbbell exercises that you can do to lose weight and tone up your body.
This following dumbbell workout plan is very extremely effective because it includes mostly multi joint exercises ( exercises which which involve mutiple muscle groups),multi joint exercises are alue for your time because you burn more calories in lesser amount of time compared to a regular exercise.

Dumbbell Workout takes only 20 -25 minutes to finish and helps in toning all body parts like chest, back, legs, shoulder,bicep and tricep and can be done thrice a week on every alternate days.

Dumbbell Workout Plan includes the following exercises-

1.Chest Press- 3 Sets X 12 -15 Reps
2.Dumbbell Rows - 3 sets X 12-15 Reps
3.Squat,Bicep Curl and Shoulder Press - 3 setsX 12-15 Reps
4.Alternate Dumbbell Curl - 3 sets X 12 -15 Reps
5.Lying Tricep Extension - 3 sets X 12 -15 Reps

  • @AmericanHistoryIV You gotta work on your diet bro ..here is what i will recommend 1) eat atleast 2 grams of protein per kg of your body weight 2) divide your total calorie intake into 6 - 8 small meals per day 3) most important avoid all processed food completely ,you also need to keep changing your workout pattern from time to time,check out workout playlist on my channel ....regards raghav :-)

  • anything i can do with my excess flab tummy skin? i was about 107 kilograms and i drastically dropped to 60 kilograms in 3 months,,i know its bad,,that is why i have excess belly skin,,any exercise to tone it?

  • @lycanthropyyyyyyyyyy Hey man i will be honest with you if your skin has lost its elasticity then best way out is to get it surgically removed....no amount of ab exercsises or diet would help ...check out more videos on my channel ....regards raghav :-)

  • @iskandinho cool ...now you gotta work on the diet ...trust me if you can get that right it will double up the fast loss processs...so here are a couple of pointers - 1) Divide your complete calorie intake 7 meals a day 2) Increase yourproteim intake to 1.5 - 2 grams ofprotein per kg of body weight and 3) most important leave all processed food....regards raghav :-)

  • your abs looks one higher than the other.. why?? I just started a 2x week routine with these compound exercise 2 day ago. now I barely can move my left arm and can not touch my abs..

    I think I going to die on pain and suffer by the end of this day!!

  • hey man you are awesome, ive been doing only this workout with cardio during the rest days, and im seeing proper results after 2 months... i was flabby, (stilll am) any other tips? im kinda trusting this workout religiously cause it really works
