You can't. They can't imagine why someone in the first world would need a power generator. I'd like to have one for use on a plane.. or for camping.. but ya know, getting it into Walmart takes more effort than making a handshake deal with Negroponte.

I love the idea of the pcg. Though, I'm still wondering how much energy it'll make per minute. I don't wanna tire my arm too fast.
