  • Nice setup... trying to get a parts list together for mine - is that a 10 cu ft freezer? Any tips for a new build?

  • @viiiwonder I think its 12.5 holds eight kegs, have to pull out from wall to check size and its full?

  • I don't know if you did , but I think you may have mistaken my comment for an insult. That was not my intention at all and I humbly apologize if I offended you. What I meant to say was that I don't think I have the self control not to drink myself into a morbidly obese, catatonic state if I had those ingredients.

You seem to have a great setup there and I really admire your recordkeeping.

I bet you make some delicious brew.

Sorry if I was unclear. Cheers!

  • @jaygnar I hear you , I understood the drift , it is a lot of grain lol. Drinking a spiced brew tonite, orange zest, cinnamin and ginger, aged three months, self control is out the window hehe

  • I'm jealous of your grain stockpile. Then again if i had your gear I would probably be 400lbs and an alcoholic so I guess maybe it's good that I don't lol. Cheers man!

  • @jaygnar I'am twoeighty and have a very enjoyable drinking habit. But your looking at a little over a year of beer. A keg goes fast when thirsty friends show up.

  • @loggerlance Thanks.. That gives me some frame of reference - I'm realizing I'm going to need something larger than I originally thought (5-10cu ft) in order to lager and kegerate at the same time...

  • Great set up!

  • @Intoxilyzer5000 My Fermentatation is on day 4 and the airlock has topped bubbling gonna take a hydrometer reading tonight if it's done ill rack into secondary tommorow. I have to be honst and say it smelt fantastic whilst fermenting.Ive only read posistive things about nottingham, The only negative ive heard is it's over attenuation.

Most people like it for it's neutral flavour and aroma.Hell TSA was suporting the arts when he pitched that nattingham that nattingham nattingham that ....

  • @nige4958 that stinky nattingham I used fermented out in 8 days , the stench was terrible, I hope there will be no off flavours.

  • @Intoxilyzer5000 i lean more to Bitters,Wyeast 1099 witbread, and IPA'S. Going to be brewing with a lot of wheat this year, Wyeast 3068, a lot of germans also got to get some winter warmers on the go high gravity beers, Wyeast 1728 with a huge and i mean huge grain bill lol
