Eric Bader is President G14, Chief Strategy Officer, Worldwide at Initiative, a performance led-communications network. Bader, a veteran of new media, was formerly Managing Director of MediaVest Digital overseeing planning, buying and execution of campaigns across all digital platforms. The Digital Connections unit he led there handled $350 million annually in digital media buying for clients including Coca-Cola, Wal-Mart, Continental Airlines and P&G. Under his leadership, MediaVest was named Digital Media Agency of the Year by Advertising Age in 2006.
