[OMSI] Richwyn Rt.62 test (abandoned route)

Route 62 is a circular route running through aisles in most of the Neustadt area. In the development of v1.1 it is being abandoned since new routes from various places replaced Route 62's duty. However, re-opening of Route 62 is possible as a shuttle line between two railway stations.
