To find out more visit http://walkerdigital.com/video . What a treat it was to make this short film on this spectacular place and what it contained. The film was meant as a teaser to run at the extraordinary TED conference. To create this mood I used sophisticated camera techniques including a camera mounted on a wire, a 30 foot jib arm, and a miniature Dolly to float through this space and give just a taste of what it contains. Thank you for the opportunity, Jay Walker. To see more of my work, visit www.theHoffmancollection.com

  • Wow...how did you get the chance to see this? Do you know if there's any way someone could get access?

  • @CrazyRainbo Thank you for your comment. Mr. Walker asked me to make the movie because of previous documentary films I have made that were small, ran on YouTube, and gave audiences an emotional feeling about a place, person, or an idea. I think I did the library justice. From what I hear, so does he.

  • Music from Master and Commander?

  • @Maxobillion No. Music from composer Ralph Vaughn Williams.

  • @allinaday

  • @sonbirrdz "Fantasia on a Theme of Thomas Tallis" by Vaughn Williams

  • I wish I had a library like this.

  • If he ever decides he doesn't want it anymore and just feels like giving it away, I wouldn't mind...

  • sorry! it posted before I saw the title of the piece was already written here.

  • @Maxobillion Which piece?

  • Uh-maze-ing. I had perma-grin on my face! I was thrilled to see a Schonbek Jubilee as the center chandelier.
