  • there so delicious, there my favorite food. I cook them differently though. I cook them in garlic, olive oil, parsley and mint. I dont stuff them. but its really good

  • Roberto, the owner of the market stand His recipe: artichokes drastically cleaned(last still image in the video)same ingredients as yours,placed face down in a medium height pan with half olive oil and half water. the liquid dosen't cover them. Add cut up POTATO or two, salt pepper and cover for ten to fifteen minutes... deeeelicious!!
