What I love about early Goldust is that his character turned the homophobic mentality of many wrestling fans against them... whether his character was/is gay/bi/straight is irrelevant... he knew that anything, including machismo, taken to excess, is a weakness, because it is a fear of ones own psyche, so if The Undertaker made one contemplate death, Goldust made one face the anarchy of human sexuality in all its complexity.
