hey man did the hi flow cat help your exhaust sound? i wanna get a hi flow cat on mine but dont know if it'll help the exhaust sound. and are they that much better than stock cats? i wanna nice sound and a loud sound, i got a 4.7 dodge 2002 with a si/so flowmaster super 44 series. Any advice man? In desparete need of some!!!

@aaminjoshi91 hey man highflow cats make it alot louder and more throttle responce, im not sure for dakota i know high flow cats for the rams are 94000 magnaflow si/so you will have to look on how your cat looks maybe si/do. cherrybomb extreme i also a sigle chamber muffler louder than the 44

@mfarmakas17 nah it depends on the muffler, and the size of your pipes and tips .. it sounds more like that also because of the video

how did you install this? i jsut bought the 94000 and i left the y pipe from the manifolds on still do i just weld it from there?

how much did you get your cool air intake for...was that a bolt on muffler...and what else can make my car sound beatly...oh and i drive a v6...it sucks...i needa bump up to v8

@rednck977 ha ha yeah i know man lol. exhaust is good for performance but with real big limitations. a cat back adds like 5 horse and a high flow cat maybe 3 combine that with some good shorty headers and you got about 15 horses. maybe a good 5-8 horses from an air intake.

and one more thing take that stupid ass sounding muffler off. get a super 44 flowmaster and gut your cat, headers and true duals will make it sound mean trust me. the cracking just makes it sound ignorant, well something a teenager would have

haha 50 horses? dont be so stupid, thats complete bull shit getting that much HP out of mufflers, tops mabee 15 with headers and true duals, dont let these idiots say that shit to you. if you want HP get a cam throttle body pcm upgrade headers high performance valves 25 HP injecters than come back to me and say you got 50 big ones :D try that on for size

no the cat backs dont do nothing all it is a bigger combustin chamber and to feel a differance in the throttle you want see that. a waste of money for the cat trust me. if you want sound cute the cat off gut it and weld it back on and your be able to tell a big differance
