They mostly filmed in Canada, or temporary sets, or the crew try very hared to find somewhere Ok and spend some money to make it suitable 4 filming. As far as US goes, most of it is crap, ugly, bridges are on the verge of collapsing and ....

Such a pleasure to watch this vid. As D days pass by I miss my birth place even more. I wish I could go back but I can't for I have to serve in the military for 2 years. My parents got me out there with my apathy; however since I was a teenager at the time I had to listen (the irony is though once they brought me here they left me alone and they went back to Iran)and here I'm now in a shit hole called Toronto. I've been to many cities in US, they're all shit holes. US's been bankrupt 4 70 years
