It's funny how Sgt. Frank Sousa won't "stand here and say if the actions were justified" but he will give an excuse as to why they acted that way. That kind of doublspeak and the fact that the internal affairs division says it was justified, shows the lack of respect law enforcement has for the general public. The non-existant accountability these RATS have for their own actions encourages them to continue...until the general public decides it's had enough!

@angrynhpatriot I agree with your statement except the part about being like women though LOL since I'm a woman. Male cops beat me in the ER when I was trying to save my life from severe illness. I urgently needed care & was arrested instead for child abuse for leaving my son in the car in front of the ER for 2 minutes trying to get help. I'm afraid of going to jail, losing my license as a doctor & losing my kids. The police are scumbags & are gangsters!  They are trying to destroy my life!

I got beaten so much worse here & am going through the same thing now. I'm new to Youtube. I hope that I can get the charges dismissed like the defendant. It happened in the hospital ER when I was trying to get emergency care. I was thrown in the air & beaten by two male cops. I'm a small female. I'm so scared of the police. I'm awaiting the hospital video & am afraid it may disappear. I was told by DCF though that it exists as they are making me take parenting classes. I have attorneys. Help!

@briggs9187 Yeah, but there WAS a crime going on. They might not have committed the crime, but they ARE art a crime scene. It's not like they just randomly approached them, so your example doesn't really fit this.
