Hi... my degree is in fine art (painting). I worked in graphic design in the '90s and '00s, and have been teaching it since. Jobs are tough right now. If you decide on it for a major, I advise three things. Develop a great portfolio. Get some internships. Join some professional trade organizations. You need the knowledge and skill, but you also need connections.
