Christianity has never 'accepted' Jews simply because they do not believe in Jesus. Jesus being a Jew makes no difference, it's that Jews need to believe Jesus in order to be accepted as Christians. Also, modern Orthodox Judaism is NOT Old Testament Judaism, it is Talmudic Babylonian Cabala Judaism.
