Are you guys for real? I mean, you just talk about how bad it is, and how politicians are forcing things down our throat, and you are right, but in response to your completely ignorant comment, freddyfast9, the Government is NOT protecting illegals, shoving ISLAM of all things, down our throats at all. And by the way, we vote them in to office so they can destroy American Culture, it's reality, don't complain, DO SOMETHING!

How bad are things when we let the government destroy our culture and spend our money to the point we can never get out. Our leaders have done what they want for so long that people think the system is designed that way, politicians are supposed to be there to represent the citizens but they have their own agenda. The politicians have done something else almost to perfection and that is destroy American culture by protecting illegals and forcing Islam down Americans throats.

Corporate entities are created by statist legal systems.

Libertarianism asserts that human liberty arises from the absence of coercion and the illegitimacy of the initiation of violence.

I'd not meant to. I only meant to illustrate how Republicans distort libertarian ideals into their precise opposite. But neither is libertarianism blind market-worship. Individuals and communities have the right to take collective action in self-defence. A corporation is not a human being. To deny the creative and corrective necessity of the market is foolishness. But it is also folly to assert, like Block, that human liberty arises solely from free commerce and the sanctity of the contract.

So you're familiar with Rothbard, yet you still ask for alternatives? My point in mentioning Walter Block was that if you search for him on youtube, you will find some great introductory material to libetarianism. Every issue has been discussed already and the stateless alternative is very well articualted.
Do not conflate libertarians with republicans, please.

The point is that without barriers to entry, rigurous regulations that benefit big corporations because they can more easily afford that nonsense; so without real competition, and a corrupt legal system and many more state atrocities, Wal Mart necessarily would have to provide goods and services that are in some way superior to their competitors. With real free market media and legal systems, they wouldn't have a chance in hell fucking people over as they do today. Period.
