A beautiful little female antechinus rescued (via humane trap) from a neighbour's house in Otford. Unfortunately many of the creatures are killed via poison, traps and cats by people mistaking them for feral mice. A few key distinguishing features are,
i. elongated nose
ii. fur tuft at the end of a long slim tail
iii. black button eyes
iv. pointy triangular teeth
v. hop & leap more than run, & are agile climbers
they often enter houses for warmth in winter, but aren't known to be pantry raiders
