  • @theSMYRNAcowboy You Da Man.

Let me know the subject you want and I will start studying. :)

  • @theSMYRNAcowboy How about that? Sort of scary, huh?! LOL

This answers a lot of the questions about keeping it from skipping under normal conditions.

  • @suburbanryder We went down Gratiot, which is a well used paved road North of Detroit. It probably was not very bumpy. I would think on a bumpy, washboard, dirt road, it would skip. I still know the guy. I will check with my sister if she can give me his email address. I will ask him.

  • The Giants by 10

  • @cashstore1 Ok, Now you have me curious about how they kept it from skipping on bumpy roads.

  • I remember the 45rpm players for cars. A guy 5 years older than me had one, and I asked him if it skipped while riding. He said NO. He took me for a ride and it did not skip. I did not bother to check out the specifics why, and often wondered why it did not skip. I think I new another guy who had one. All about the same time period (68). Tapes took over.

  • @geesisfreak If I touch them I could be doing my own laundry for the next two weeks.

I think I will pass, but thanks for noticing. LOL
