Psychedelic TV Feedback

All visual effects are produced in a real time, interactive process. I want to stress that the video footage is unaltered from it's original state besides basic straight cuts in editing. The process involves using a flashlight as my paintbrush, an old sony trinitron television (with the analog color adjusting knobs) as my canvas, and a breakfast of in camera special effects and shutter speeds. I connect the camera to the TV so that whatever the camera is filming shows up on the TV. By pointing the camera directly at the screen, an electrical feedback loop is created. The light of the flashlight is refracted in some incredibly trippy ways as is evident in the video.

i used a plasma tv, i guess its probably cos its a digital signal, it maybe affected it

im gonna try it on an old tv though, just see what happens with that
