Some of the best EVP responses that I have captured to date using the ghost box. These clips were recorded on 26th and 27th september 2009 using both the Am and Fm band in various locations in my own home. I've talked to a lot of paranormal researchers, and all that use the ghost box have 1 thing in common...If your asking the questions, your name will be said a lot....is this co incidence? Well the odds on it happening every time by co incidence are very very long. Is this paranormal? I'll leave that for you to decide

EVP or electronic voice phenomena as it is known is thought to be voices of those passed away trying to communicate with us captured on electronic devices. When trying to capture EVP, you can sit and ask questions or leave an audio recording device in a quiet room. When you play these recordings back, sometimes you will hear voices that were not present at the time, answering your questions or talking in general. This area of paranormal research was popularised when the film White Noise was released in 2005 starring Michael Keaton. The most popular method of capturing EVP is by using ordinary tape or digital audio dictaphone's or recording devices. One of the pioneers in this field was Dr Konstantin Raudive (1909 - 1974) and his experiments are still much talked about today.

  • Did you ever figure out what the names where about?

  • @SilverBulletStorm hi, i still regularly talk to the same names through the ghost box, I dont think they have any connection to me or the property but just come through when I open a session. I always buy my ghost boxes from ebay. If you search "ghost box evp" on there plenty will come up

  • what's all that random noise in the background? is someone playing a guitar during the recording, it sounds like someone is playing a guitar.

  • @roberaith Thats the noise of the ghost box rapidly sweeping the frequency ranges

  • I am using the DAS-RT-EVP.. when using frequency sweep, should I set the sweep to just the white noise or do the spirits needs radio blips to manipulate into words? Please help me with the most efficient and accurate way to use this. Thank you kindly!

  • @crush41gb Ive never used that device but from experience with other things, a mixture of white noise and random audio segments to do seem to provide the best results

  • What is a little -not upsetting, but kind of bothering to me...is how they seem to just 'be there' --ya know?...not really doing anything. just hanging around. bored and bothered....It must be so irritating to them.

  • The second one "Bernard" actually kind of sounds like "What's going on?"

  • I use a digital recorder and all I have to do is isolate the evp. I don't have to "clean" it up. I will be posting them this week.

  • Where's the scary part?

  • why don't you ever ask the spirit's how they died?

  • i can't tell what they are saying at 3:55 . Can someone please translate?

  • If you are rapidly going through stations then aren't you bound to pick up words???

  • glad to see you denies,is what i heard

  • At 1:56 sounds like she's saying "that is Johnathan"
