On Wednesday December 13th, French-speaking public television channel RTBF interrupted normal programs to announce the unilatteral delaration of independence of Flanders, the northern region of Belgium. The King had fled in a military plane, Brussels was in chaos...

The news was fake, but a lot of viewers thought it was real...

Dutch are an economic, industrious powerhouse wherever they go. America benefited enormously from that culture, which along w Brit and German, were the foundational cultures to the USA. The Brits followed the Dutch lead. It's no surprise that the Flemish are so much wealthier. In Montreal, the french drove all the corporations to Toronto bc of their "our way or no way" mindset.

While the 3rd world immigrants who come sponging off of clean WASP industriousness mostly speak spanish, it doesn't have official status. Are arabic, turkish and spanish official in B?
