Thanks for posting this video! very informative. I really think i have post traumatic stress. 5 years ago i was in a carbon monoxcide accident and my little sister died. My dad, grandma ,and i almost died. They said if they found us two hours later we would of all been dead. I started getting some of those symtoms like maybe 2 or 3 years ago. Thank you for posting this video. I have PTSD and have for a long time. When I get a flashback, I re-experience painful emotions of the past trauma. It is so painful, and I cannot do anything but cry. I'm a Christian, and when I get a flashback, I've learned to pray and keep praying until the crisis is past. I can tell when it is. Then I focus my attention on something else. I've seen it work in others too. First step is put your faith in Jesus and follow Him. Prayer works

thanks for the video, as it turns out i have ptsd from abuse from a family member and some traumatic experiences, i didnt have time to think about what i was going to do with my life, i was too focused on surviving, im doing ok now, i got a girfriend who is helping to keep me stable and im working on getting treatment. thanks again.

My mother has narcissistic personality disorder.I wasn't aware of all this stuff till i graduated from high school this year and started showing signs of extreme emotional imbalance...and i didn't know why.It turned out my friends were bullying me and my classmate cum neighbour committed emotional rape.He was giving me nightmares..i realized i had to save myself.Discovered i had ptsd but everyone around me prefers to believe that i am a weirdo..'not normal'.

I am a field medic for 32 years. I began in the US Navy attached to the US Marines and have continued to the present in civilian service. We are the strong life savers. We like to believe we can not be hurt. We knew the job was dangerous when we took it. We run blazing to where others have fled from. Thankyou for the video, I am a walking refection of your description. This can be a killer, most of my freinds have died from these symptoms. All my routy friends have been burried.
