Don't ask, just did a chest and tricep workout and decided to use the cam in a long time of inactivity :D i know i will get all kind of comments, but oh well idc lol. it's public, what is there to be afraid of? a lot hahaha jk, but hopefully ya'll enjoy my progression and hopefully i achieve my goal. 175 lbs, i am 216 lbs and was once 281 lbs
