Good way to lose half a foot is to run a chainsaw in sandles.

The chain saw's chain stretched a little bit! And if you are doing a cold start, let the engine sit for a little to get the engine warm.

If i were you i would buy a husqvarna chainsaw with x torq or xp series do yourself a favor buy high quality 2 stroke oil with it!
