There's no need for scuba gear in Moorea lagoon, it's a stunning coral garden paradise in about 5 - 6 feet of water . World class snorkeling with electric blue and green chromis, bright purple coral, trigger fish, wrasse, and a large variety of butterflyfish! All in the postcard-clear tropical waters of the south Pacific.

We stayed at the Sheraton. Beautiful grounds (and the rooms were excellent!), but the food was a little disappointing. The reef is right there at the overwater bungalows... no travel needed!

Where abouts in Moorea did you film this? We are thinking about doing a moorea holiday but not sure where to stay.

nice thing about shallow water diving is that the sunlight has not yet been so absorbed by the seawater so you get to see all the colors
