I posted a comment dissing the owners for leashing the dog up. Thinking about it for a bit there's too much unkown. What if they tie it up just when they leave the house? Some people use cages.

This poor dog is emaciated. She's skin and bones! What's the matter with her owner? FEED HER!!!! This is NOT even a Salsa dance. The owner simply put some type of twine around her neck, tied the other end to the furniture, and, in this poor dog's futile attempt to get to the videographer, she is made to do this so-called "dance." Adopt her out to someone else who will love and care for her!
