This video tells you all you need to know about the Edgeville Hill Giant Resource Dungeon. To access this resource dungeon it requires 20+ Dungeoneering. It is available to both P2P and F2P players. You receive 1,600 Dungeoneering experience for the first time you enter it. There are 4 Limwpurt Root Spawns, and each respawns approximately every 45 seconds. There are also 11 Hill Giants (level 28) to kill.

@Phaztik I don't know of any safe spots but you could just try it out on your own and try to get them stuck behind a wall or something... Safe Spots are usually on the outer perimeter of the area but I'm not sure if there are any here.
