Near to God

We have no problem acknowledging God in our lives and accept his goodness when things are going well. However when things don't go well and we are in trouble we somehow believe God has abandoned us. The fact is God is always near even in difficult times. It is through those times that we are drawn closer to God and our relationship with Him is strengthened.

Don't get me more wrong no one welcomes difficult times or opens the door for trouble to walk in and take a seat. The point is to know that God cares and loves us and just like our earthly father when our child is in trouble we do all we can to help.

There are two major truths that this video points out:

1. It is not a question if we will have trouble in our life but just a matter of when.
2. God is always near and ready to help us through the troubles in our lives.
