@IconifiedEpic Enjoy Chicago if that is where you are going. I was there for my first time in May. It is wonderful city. It is a bit different from the southern United States though where I live. Will have to go back there in February. Brrrrrr!

Oh gosh, you're so right about Trainspotting! There is plenty of that but thankfully it's not the norm. And hey, that could work for you - it worked with me certainly considering I just spent my summer in Chicago and am flying back to the states next month. I can't stay back home too long!

@IconifiedEpic i believe now that i am single, when i am ready for marriage again i will go to Edinburgh or Glasgow. It is the accent. I will lure them away with. "we have an actual summer back in the states." It could work. Funny thing is i have seen penpal sites and dating sites and the women around both cities seem to take their fashion and make up cues from the era that "Trainspotting" was set in. Thankfully you do not.
