19.8 Tommy Smith would be 19.3 to 19.2 on todays track. I feel sorry for Xiang but that's the way it goes when you reach the top. Edwin Moses, as we can now see from competition since his retirement is one of the all time greats of track and field. he just won soooo much when he was around that it became predictable and boring.
