WE ARE PARADOX / HOWIE & LENNY
Music has always been a passion. From as far back as I can remember I have been playing and performing for three decades. I've been recording music on my Yamaha AW 16 mini studio for the past twenty years. I use a Casio CTK-1000 to create all the different instruments to compose. Before that I recorded an album with great studio musicians from Nashville and New York. My album was well received within the industry, including Clive Davis. I thought I was on my way. My producer passed away before anything happened. So my dreams of becoming a professional composer ended. I have never stopped composing.
My son Lenny has been performing with me and composing his own music since he was young. He was selected this year to sing with SOUNDS OF AMERCIA. Kids from all over the United States performed during the month of July 2010 in eight different European countries including France, Italy Spain, Germany, Switzerland, A once in a lifetime experience for an 18 year old.
We have been performing all over Long Island the past few years.
Lenny has been singing at New York cabarets under the guidance of Linda Ray who produces these charity events twice a year.
Lenny captures a mood with his unique singing style
I like to use my guitar like a singer uses his voice. I capture the emotions with the guitar. If you like to sit back relax, and listen to nice music, give us a listen.

  • I also graduated BHS in '67, There are some good pix here. High school was sheer toil for me, not one of the 'in crowd' pictured here, but thanx.

  • Thanks Howie and Lenny! Perfect song, great singing, and ah, the pictures. Memories... I'm going to share the link with my brothers Rick (1969) and Ron (1971.) I hope other class mates comment - do post the link to our groupsite!
