Well Mohammed heard the bible stories from the people around and he didn't get all the details apparently because they are lacking.

You know he interacted with Jews and Christians who are very good Evangelizers

Waraqa bin naufal Khadija's cousin was familiar with Christianity

So were the Christians of Najaf and the Jews of Medina who questioned Mohammed using their scriptures

The name of God is written it is just not spoken so that we could expose FAKES LIKE MOHAMMED!

our god has 99 names he has more but we only know the 99 . it has meaning or attribute of him like al raheem it means mericful

The name YHWH appears over 6000 times in the Bible as the Sole name of God

The Jews never say it out loud instead prefer to use the respectful term Addonai which means Lord in Hebrew

That is why if you look at Christian bibles, there is a lot of LORD ( in caps)

Christians follow the Jewish tradition of not saying the name out loud

Joel 2

32 And everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved;

The LORD there in the Jewish text would be YHWH

Jews never say the name of their God, they don't even write out the word God they write G-d

The Jews use the word ADDONAI in place of the name of their God

it is a custom they have used for Centuries so that they are not guilty of disobey Commandment 3

Thou shalt not take the name of YHWH in vain

Christians too do the same thing

That is why Mohammed whom having never read the bible didn't know that was the name of God because Jews and Christians don't say it out LOUD!

i'm sure that the torah has SOME plural words which is for respect. arabic and hebrew have lot in common like the plural thing

Actually pluarl in Hebrew is not for respect

For example

The Word GOY it is A DERAGOTORY WORD

Yet the plural for GOY is GOYIM

And that is in the bible.
