My Grandfather in law Mr Riches had the first ever car parts shop in England and took part in the first ever car trial in 1900 These are I think the only photo,s of this

  • @krollaostmedburger That decision was made for them in 1914. Millions of horses were killed in WWI.

  • These photos are the same as those held by the Royal Aero Club Trust. They are of the 1,000 mile trials. C.S. Rolls was one of the winners.

    Of course there was alot more the horses could do that the cars couldn't, but they transport was the horses most important job
