Thank you! Very informative.

can you post your code?

I know this maybe a little late but I have the BASIC Homework Board and wanted to do the samething you've done in your video: control two servos in different directions for my webcam, can you guide me or share your codes (maybe a diagram of the schematics? I wouls very much appreciate it, if need be, I can machine a nice frame (aluminum) for your servo motor controlled pan/tilt webcam as a trade of, that is if you still have the webcam, of course.

Not bad. Now imprrove it by making it stay after you let off the controls.

That would be a simple change in the program. But I opted not to because this project was designed to prove concept for a hobby servo controller. As you know it returns to zero position when you let go of the controls.

Im an airplane hobbist and i run top of the line avioncies and i noticed youp your servoes run a little jittery. How many volts are you runing into the servoes? also if your running them at 6 volts step them 7 volts at 600 miliamps. Then you servoes will run faster and smoother.

Thanks for the tip, I didn't know that. will have to try it out. Currently I am making my own RC controller.

What are the LEDs purpose in your project...I've wanted to do something like that too, using BASICSTAMP, but I would wanna gut a camcorder that has zoom. I'm sure theirs smaller ones available, but the price tag is alot higher, then if you just gut a older camcorder

The green led is just simply indicating the power is on, the yellow and red leds are indicating the pulses being sent to the servos, as just a back check that there is indeed output being sent.
