I am an aspiring writer. I have written a few comedy skits for high school. NBC and the other networks should start a young writers contest and take the best of us and give us jobs and see what we can do!

Who exactly are the cartel that the union has to negociate their FAIR pay?
Could it be that the media may be frcing you all out. OPen shows with more DIVERSE, merge in some international talk shows, sit coms, by diverse I do not mean American Citizens.
Could it be that the money changers, phased you out, for a new agenda? ..Dont you guys know people know any billion-aires who own studios? .. break away from under the hand of the money media cartel and open your own studios.

Fire them all. The writers do not represent a diverse America, nor to they represent quality programming.
