"Tomorrow Belongs to Me" is a parody and was written by Julius Stein who was Jewish.
I assure you he would not have written a genuine Nazi song

I have no idea what the song says, even though I speak English, because I have a habit of reading the captions.

@aesoler - Nope, the song was written for the original Broadway musical in 1966 and it is exactly identical to the one in the movie - which is just elongated and repeated in its final chorus. The song was intended as a PARODY of German military marches and army chants. Of course it's a scary parody, but you are right in saying that it's not a traditional song.

From IMDB "Tomorrow Belongs to Me" was written by John Kander and Fred Ebb in the style of a traditional German song, sung by the Nazi youth in the movie, to stir up patriotism for the "fatherland".

Individually and in family groups, Germans are some of the most wonderful people in the world- what the heck is it with any large organisation that reduces the combined IQ to that of the dumbest member?
