If you love apple desserts like apple crisp, apple pie, apple bread and so forth then this recipe may quickly become your favorite apple dessert.

Let me introduce you to my little friends, Caramel Apple Crisp Cheesecake bars.

A basic crust gets topped with sweet, creamy cream cheese then layered with sugary spiced granny smith apples and right before it goes into the oven on goes a crisp, streusel topping. And if you thought that sounded decadent enough, oh no, once it's cooled down it's then drizzled with silky caramel.

Ohhhh la la!!!

  • I want 2 come back N tell U. I told my daughter about this dessert when U originally posted this video. She knew after watching that she wanted 2 make it. She made it 4 her office party during Thanksgiving N everyone who tried it loved it. During the Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays I also make pralines along with 2 other desserts. These bars were one on the desserts I made N it was a hit. I was told that I really put my foot N it. So I took that as a compliment. Thanks 4 sharing a great recipe.

  • I made this for Thanksgiving and it was a hit!! Thank you!

  • I love you VIDS....and i attempted to duplicate this dish for thanksgiving.... needless to say it turned into mush... i printed out the directions from your site... i layed everything out on the t able....i even went back to the video to be sure i was doing it right... it turned INTO A 9X10 pirex dish of MUSH... i stuk it in da fridge... i sat it on the counter... it was MUSH... i think i should have used more flour for the crust... -less sugar for the filling...i will try again!!!

  • Oh my goodness! Girl, this looks so good!

  • Cloves, nutmeg, and allspice are totally different things. Allspice, while it smells like nutmeg and cloves, is only one type of spice, not a mixture of spices.

Can't wait to try, but as someone said, with a graham cracker crust instead.
