Agusta-Westland AW 139 C-GYNO Takeoff

The AW 139 taxi's onto the runway and does an about turn on its wheels, so the nose of the helicopter will point to a compass heading of 030 Degrees, which is in a Northeast Direction.

The nose will rise off the ground first and then the tail section. The nose will dip forward and the helicopter blades will pitch forward and upwards. Thus the helicopter will gain lift and speed.
