President Karzai says the international community must remain committed to fighting insurgents and promoting stability in his country. The Afghan leader warned that failure to do so would mean a resurgence of terrorism, not just in Afghanistan, but throughout the world

@mattii944 Good luck with that. The Soviet Union dissolved in 1991. Now, if Afghanistan were to attempt an invasion of Russia? I foresee them failing miserably, thus completely destroying what's left of their country. The Mujahideen may fight well on their on soil (more like dust than soil), but that's because they know the terrain and how to effectively use it to their advantage. Besides that, they don't do well with the cold. Winter in Wardak was quiet. Spring, it picked up again.

Karzai can go and suck it! He answeared no real questions. HE is a foolish and stupid leader. Afghanistan needs it's rightful leader that will one day show him self. Then will Afghanistan change, PEACE will be restored in afghanistan, HONOR will be restored and GLORY will be gained.

I hope that one day when Afghanistan prosper and has been rebuilt, we declare war on the Soviet Union and bring them to their knees for starting all this. I wait every moment of my life for that day to arive.

@john2004able water dam helps to make electricity. And if there are no electricit how will these people learn anything without light and even while operation if there were no light the person can get killled if any important organ in our body is destroyed. If there will be no human left then who will make war or ride that armored cars.

Karzai's own brother is a major player in the drugs trade though! Just remember that wherever the US army goes, the drugs trade & instability explode. We saw it in SE Asia in the 60s and 70s and now we see it in Iraq and Afghanistan these days. The notion that they want to stop the drugs flowing to the west is ridiculous.
