You've got it all WRONG!
The reason for me shutting down DC for new users, is because our community wanted it to be like this!
Because we have moved on from the crappy kiddy games to more fun things that we can do on pc's, street legal racing modding has died out for like 99% @DC.
So; the reason why nobody can get their hands on the Laguna is because I've taken the mod from the site....
I have other mods that ppl can enjoy, so where you get your info from....I dunno...

The guy who modeled the car got all butthurt because someone else on another site accusing him of stealing the mesh, and now he won't let anyone register to his site and download his cars.
Just another artist with a short temper who takes his frustrations out on everyone else, then ends up producing art that no one can enjoy. Like the 3D modeling equivalent of J.D. Salinger.
