Venue : Shelbourne Park,Limerick.
Result : 5 - 2.
Monks crowned Champions.
Willie O Dea ex Minister for Defence led the Moyross team as Asst.Manager with Limerick FC Pat Scully Manager.

After match entertainment was provided by the Moyross crew,JP Dillon was on hand with live 95fm throughout the day as M.C,including presenting the champions league trophy to the victorious monks.Speeches followed with Gaye Moore from Special Olynpics Ireland and from the Irish Cancer Society.An enjoyable day was had by the bumper attendance of 2500 people in Shelbourne Park.
