i always thought that "i feel the air (of another planet)" resembles another melody from fantastic planet (la planete sauvage).

I agree, and that's what makes them true artists instead of plagiarists ... they're great at taking many diverse pieces and shaping them into pieces that are profound in their own right.

from which record from Sun Ra is the track The Night of the Purple Moon?, i've found one record titled The Night of the Purple Moon but it doesn't sound quite like the one on the youtube clip
