well you don't just PULL a projector out of your car and BAM perfect projection onto a 200m far Prison wall ... sharp, perfect position? .. the beam also doesn't cast any MEGA light onto the guy when he jumps infront of the projector .. also a projector doesn't just TURN ON! ... it's not LED based! ... so yeah ... it's fake!
