Mocada: NB Fort Greene/Clinton Hill

Brooklyn's first museum dedicated to the art and culture of the African Diaspora, uses innovative exhibitions, public programs, community outreach initiatives and educational interactive tours to preserve history. It's founder, Laurie Cumbo, is devoted to the museum's mission: to give artists of color a place to shine. The current exhibit definitely reflects the mission!
