a good tip on popping up the dead bait but i prefare mick browns way of using polystyrene(little white balls used in packaging) to insert in dead bait to pop up. not sure how a pike would pass wood in it waste.but good vid anyway

if u like lure fishing for pike try out using a realy light rod and some heavy pike flys. this works really well on heavly fished waters where fly fishing is not allowed

@jkgoude the pike cant see the would and they probobly cant tasteit because they swallow it right away plus the wood makes the fish look more plump. but anyway ill deffently try that other method and ill see with one is better

I don't mind dead bating for pike, but you cannot beat lures and fly's :p for more exciting!
