  • no member of the jam played in this band. The Jam were Bruce Foxton, Rick Buckler and Paul Weller.

  • @noutousne I can't think of any Aussies that played in English new wave bands (accept The Lurkers) - I can think of plenty of UK Glam POP bands that featured Aussies (Fox, Pussycat, New Seekers, etc).... UK Punk/New Wave bands were bigger footy supporters, hence the few Aussies welcomed in the UK scene.

  • I will have to ask Mick when that was but it would be well before 1990. I was in a band with him around 1990 with Mark Harvey (also Mannequins) on drums. Only a few tracks ever recorded and never had a final mix when that band fell apart. The project was called Insomnia (the nightmare you have while awake) and played only a handful of gigs.

  • @shortsrock awesome! A band name I can add the list of bands he played with... that's what I do.. I upload Aussie music and write each band the members played in.
