2 Bedroom Condo rented prior to Closing January 2012.

Rene Levac was successful in renting out his 2 bedroom Condo in Kitchener prior to close by doing some open houses. He put advertisements up on Kijiji.ca and other websites and received permission from the Seller to have several one hour open houses. When we went to unlock the door to the condo there were 10 applicants waiting outside the door. Rene did an awesome job of advertising and it paid off with plenty of potential rental candidates. You too can do this with a little coaching and hustle.
